Conference on Practice & Quality Improvement Steering Committee Opening

April 1, 2021—STFM is now accepting nominations for one position on the Steering Committee of the Conference on Practice & Quality Improvement (CPQI).

At the Conference on Practice & Quality Improvement (CPQI), attendees learn to organize their practice around patients, streamline processes, engage staff, increase revenue, and provide consistent, evidence-based care. Participants learn from those who know best – primary care providers, researchers, and practice staff who have redesigned their practices into a patient-centered medical home.

Committee members review conference submissions and plan the Conference on Practice & Quality Improvement. The conference engages participants in discussions about the changing health care landscape, provides steps to practice redesign, and provides an opportunity for participants to share examples of redesigned practices.

Committee members serve a 3-year term and are eligible for an additional 1-year term as chair of the committee, based on an STFM invitation, individual acceptance, and the STFM Board of Directors’ approval. New committee terms will begin in September 2021.

To request consideration for the 2021-2022 CPQI Steering Committee, please send your nomination form, including your statement of interest, by June 11, 2021 to Sandy Van Tuyl, svantuyl@stfm.org, (913) 800-5528.
