Residency Redesign Initiative

STFM is engaged in a multi-year initiative to help residency programs implement the ACGME requirements that go into effect in July 2023. Specifically, STFM is implementing tactics to:

• Equip residency programs to deliver competency-based medical education (CBME) and assessment
• Create an innovative model for Residency Learning Networks built on a consistent, sustainable infrastructure
