Items Sold Directly By STFM
You may return most items sold by STFM within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the price of the item. Delivery fees are not refundable.We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
- An item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts
Conference Registration
Refunds are available for conference registrations on a per-conference basis. Please see the conference registration section on our website for the cancellation policy for the conference you are interested in attending.
Conference Abstract Submission
STFM does not refund conference abstract submission fees, when applicable.
Membership
STFM does not refund membership fees.
