New Faculty Needed for MSEDI Fellowship

January 6, 2026 — The Medical Student Educators Development Institute (MSEDI) fellowship is accepting applications for one faculty position who will help teach the fellows. The fellowship offers training and support for faculty who educate medical students, especially those aspiring to serve in leadership positions in medical student education.Applications are due Tuesday, February 24.Apply using the Google Form linked below.
Position Details and Tenure
The position is for a 2-year term renewable for an additional 2 years.The expectations of faculty include:
- Collaborate with fellow faculty members to plan fellowship topics and present at fellowship meetings
- Mentor 3–5 fellows per fellowship cycle as they complete their education-based project
- Attend mentorship meetings with mentees
- Attend quarterly meetings with faculty
- Attend the preconference workshop at the STFM Conference on Medical Student Education, attendance at the conference is strongly encouraged (travel reimbursement available for the workshop)
- Attend any additional in-person or virtual meetings set at the start of each fellowship cycle
