The Authors Showcase will be held on Sunday, April 30 from 5:30-6:30 pm EDT as part of the opening night reception at the Annual Conference. This is a great opportunity for authors share their published works with hundreds of colleagues in a showcase setting.

This is an exclusive opportunity open only to current members of STFM who have authored books or other resources (mobile apps, software, and e-books are in scope). Space is limited to no more than 15 authors.

You will receive great exposure in a unique showcase setting during the opening reception from 5:30-6:30 pm at the 2023 Annual Spring Conference
Your published work(s) will be featured in the conference app and on signage at the conference
Your participation in the Authors Showcase will be highlighted in the conference program

What's Included?

As a participant in the Author Showcase, authors will receive:

A small display table
A table top sign with details about the author's published work
Great location in a unique showcased area during the opening reception from 5:30-6:30 pm on Sunday, April 30, 2023 at the Annual Spring Conference in Tampa, Florida
Promotion of the author's work in the conference app and program

(Completed application and payment must be received by March 6, 2023 to appear in the conference app)

What Does it Cost?

Approved authors will be charged a $250 per-book/resource exhibit table fee, and will be responsible for shipping their own materials to and from the conference hotel. Space is limited, so authors will be accepted on a first-paid, first-served basis.

How to Apply

Interested authors should complete the Authors’ Showcase Interest Form. Upon receiving a completed form, STFM will follow up with authors within 5 business days to provide further details. Space is limited, so authors will be accepted on a first-paid, first-served basis.
