Family Medicine is the official journal of the Society of Teachers of Family Medicine and has been in publication for more than 30 years. It is designed for educators from a variety of different backgrounds in family medicine education. Nearly 5,000 family physicians, psychologists, sociologists, and public health specialists turn to Family Medicine month after month for the latest information in family medicine research.
The journal specializes in publishing research and commentary on medical education. We are not limited to educational research from family medicine educators, and we welcome - and often publish - innovative and high quality contributions from authors in a variety of specialties and academic fields.
