Lifetime Membership
STFM is now offering a Lifetime Membership category. This new category provides full membership with voting rights. If you are an STFM member that is age 60+ by January
1, 2012, you are eligible for this category, whether you've been a member for 3 months or 30 years.
Your one-time fee is:
- $1,000 for
physicians— Join online or download an application (PDF format)
- $750 for nonphysicians—Join online or download an application (PDF format)
As a lifetime member, you will have no future STFM membership dues in your lifetime.
