Senior Faculty

The purpose of this group is to address the career needs of senior faculty members of STFM through the definition and development of resources to support this group. The group's goals are to: 1) continually assess the evolving needs of senior faculty, 2) develop resources that provide support and development for this group of STFM members, 3) disseminate these resources on FMDRL and through STFM meeting presentations, and 4) identify and develop a community of senior faculty for collegial support and mentoring.
