Patient-centered Medical Home
The goals of the Group on Patient-centered Medical Home are to create a center within STFM for furthering the work to establish the patient-centered medical home for every American and to set up a communication forum for discussion, problem solving, and teaching around the medical home.

"Becoming a member of the STFM Group on the Patient-centered Medical Home has allowed me to make some key connections with other faculty around the country that are also working on some of the same issues.
