Nutrition Education

The group produced the STFM Physician's Curriculum on Clinical Nutrition. It is available on STFM Resource Library at http://www.fmdrl.org/138. The group maintains a password protected Web site with new strategies for teaching nutrition in clerkships and residencies. Contact kolasaka@mail.ecu.edu for a free ID and password. STFM members interested in working on the project or submitting curriculum materials are welcomed. Members work in all areas of family medicine education: predoctoral, residency, and CME.
