The use of technology, whether it is Internet, portable devices, or desktop based, is growing in medicine. The various aspects of computerized technology not only can enhance medical care but also the teaching of medicine. This group will examine the best use of technology in the practice and teaching of medicine. It will also facilitate the sharing of experiences and ideas in the field of medical informatics and explore collaborative work within STFM as well as among other organizations.
