Geriatrics

The Group on Geriatrics remains committed to the concept that every family physician must be prepared to provide excellent care to older adults and that well-trained family physicians are ideally situated to provide quality, continuous care of older patients. The group's efforts are focused on promoting excellence in the care of older adults in all clinical settings, as well as maintaining family medicine's leadership position in educating medical students, residents, and fellows in geriatric medicine.
