Call for Applications for Leading Change Fellowship Faculty
June 22, 2016—The Society of Teachers of Family Medicine is now accepting applications for Leading Change Fellowship faculty. The Leading Change Fellowship offers interprofessional teams an experiential curriculum providing skills and resources to enable transformation of a family medicine teaching practice.

Faculty serve a 2-year term from December 2016 to December 2018 with the option to serve for a second term. Faculty will be reimbursed up to $800 in travel expenses to the Conference on Practice Improvement during their term. 

 Faculty responsibilities include:

  • Working with the fellowship chairs to develop and facilitate fellowship content focused around change leadership
  • Facilitating monthly 1-hour conference calls with fellows
  • Attending and facilitating a 1-day workshop at the STFM Conference on Practice Improvement
  • Attending and facilitating a 1-day workshop at the STFM Annual Spring Conference
  • Serving as an advisor for fellows on their leading change practicum projects
