Greetings! The STFM Conference on Medical Student Education offers the perfect venue to share your expertise and learn from the accomplishments of others. It is an opportunity to network with medical student educators from across the continuum of family medicine education, and across the country--from students to coordinators, from clerkship directors to community-based faculty preceptors. Consider bringing students and residents and passing on the excitement for academic family medicine. The relationships, mentorships, and friendships that blossom from this conference are extraordinary. Just ask anyone who has attended!
The Conference on Medical Student Education has grown out of a strong passion among family medicine educators to provide the best training to our students. We try to do so in innovative and novel ways to create competent, compassionate, and well-trained physicians. But innovative ideas are just the start. Spreading the practical application of these ideas and the “how to” is potentially even more important.Participants of the conference will leave inspired by the big picture and with the tools in hand to try new ideas at their home institutions.
We invite you to collaborate. Bring your business cards!
See you in Anaheim!
