Visit Your Congressional Leaders While You're in DC

Learn more about how you can contact your legislators and communicate effectively about key issues in primary care and family medicine education. STFM offers a variety of resources that you can use to prepare for a visit with your senator or representative or their staff. You'll want to schedule your visit well in advance of the conference.

Go to your Hill visit polished and prepared. This workshop will provide you with skills and talking points to advocate for family medicine's top issues. You'll learn from those who have been there and done that how to best communicate your message. You'll also get a chance to practice with your STFM colleagues.
